Blackberry and Sage Highland Spring

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Crabbie’s 8yr old Single malt
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 100 ml Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Blackberry and sage leaf

Method

  • Muddle blackberries, gomme, scotch, lime and a few leaves of sage in an old fashioned style glass. Top with Crabbie’s raspberry and serve over cubed ice
