Blackberry and Sage Highland Spring

Ingredients
- 25 ml Crabbie’s 8yr old Single malt
- 10 ml lime juice
- 100 ml Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Blackberry and sage leaf
Method
- Muddle blackberries, gomme, scotch, lime and a few leaves of sage in an old fashioned style glass. Top with Crabbie’s raspberry and serve over cubed ice
