Crabbie's Bourbon and Ginger Clover Club

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Bourbon
  • 2 or 3 fresh raspberries
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml egg white
  • 15 ml Chamberyzette strawberry vermouth
  • 100 ml Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Freeze dried raspberries

Method

  • In a coupette style glass pour 100ml of chilled Crabbie’s raspberry. In a cocktail shaker hard shake raspberries, egg white, lemon juice, bourbon and strawberry vermouth. Then fine strain over the Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
