Bourbon and Ginger Clover Club

Ingredients
- 25 ml Bourbon
- 2 or 3 fresh raspberries
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml egg white
- 15 ml Chamberyzette strawberry vermouth
- 100 ml Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Freeze dried raspberries
Method
- In a coupette style glass pour 100ml of chilled Crabbie’s raspberry. In a cocktail shaker hard shake raspberries, egg white, lemon juice, bourbon and strawberry vermouth. Then fine strain over the Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
