Ginger Apple Sour

Crabbie's Ginger Apple Cooler


  • 50 ml Apple jack whiskey
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 75 ml Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 15 ml Egg white
  • Apple slices and a thyme sprig


  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over cubed ice apart from the Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer, shake vigorously and pour into a jam jar filled with ice and Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer
