Ginger Apple Sour

Ingredients
- 50 ml Apple jack whiskey
- 10 ml maple syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 75 ml Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 15 ml Egg white
- Apple slices and a thyme sprig
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over cubed ice apart from the Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer, shake vigorously and pour into a jam jar filled with ice and Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer
