Crabbie’s Ginger & Raspberry Cooler

Ingredients
- 1 Pint glass ice cubes
- 1 bottle Crabbie’s Raspberry
- 2 measures pink gin
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- juice of 2 limes
Method
- Put the ice, Crabbies, gin, sugar, lime juice and frozen raspberries into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and decorate with lime wedges and mint.
