Caramelise a lemon with a sprinkle of sugar in a hot pan. Add to the glass once cooled with a few pepper corns and a sprig of Rosemary
Make a Rosemary gomme by adding 150g of sugar to 150-200ml of water in a small saucepan add 1 sprig/spear of Rosemary, bring to the boil stirring all the while until all the sugar has dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool completely. Into a small tumbler pour gin, gomme and lemon juice over ice; stir and top with Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer
