Ingredients

  • 0.75 fl oz Crabbie’s 8yr old Single malt
  • 0.25 fl oz lime juice
  • 3 fl oz Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Blackberry and sage leaf

Method

  • Muddle blackberries, gomme, scotch, lime and a few leaves of sage in an old fashioned style glass. Top with Crabbie’s raspberry and serve over cubed ice
