Bourbon and Ginger Clover Club

Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 2 or 3 fresh raspberries
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 1/2 oz Chamberyzette strawberry vermouth
- 3 1/2 oz Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Freeze dried raspberries
Method
- In a coupette style glass, pour chilled Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer. In a cocktail shaker hard shake raspberries, egg white, lemon juice, bourbon and strawberry vermouth. Then fine strain over the Crabbie’s Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
