Rosemary & Ginger Fizz

Crabbie's Gin-ger Fizz


  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • 1/2 oz Rosemary gomme
  • Peppercorns
  • 5 oz caster sugar
  • Lemon
  • Top with Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Caramelise a lemon with a sprinkle of sugar in a hot pan. Add to the glass once cooled with a few pepper corns and a sprig of Rosemary


  • Make a Rosemary gomme by adding the sugar to 6 fl oz of water in a small saucepan add 1 sprig/spear of Rosemary, bring to the boil stirring all the while until all the sugar has dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool completely. Into a small tumbler pour gin, gomme and lemon juice over ice; stir and top with Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer
