BBQ Chicken with Crabbie’s, mango and chilli salsa

Ingredients
- 10 large Chicken pieces
- 1.5 fl oz rapeseed oil
- 1 chili
- 3 shallots
- 1 mango
- 3.4 fl oz Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 1.7 oz coriander
Method
- Chop the mango, shallots and chilli into small dice place in a bowl. Add the rapeseed oil and Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Grill the chicken fillets on the BBQ for about 2 to 3 min each side
- Put on a plate, dress the chicken with the mango salsa
- Chop coriander put on top
