BBQ chicken with a Crabbie's mango chilli salsa


  • 10 large Chicken pieces
  • 1.5 fl oz rapeseed oil
  • 1 chili
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 mango
  • 3.4 fl oz Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 1.7 oz coriander


  • Chop the mango, shallots and chilli into small dice place in a bowl. Add the rapeseed oil and Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • Grill the chicken fillets on the BBQ for about 2 to 3 min each side
  • Put on a plate, dress the chicken with the mango salsa
  • Chop coriander put on top
