Crabbie’s and Pineapple Marinated Beef
Ingredients
- 2 lb rump steak
- 5 tbs soy sauce
- 1.5 fl oz rice wine vinegar
- 1.5 oz fresh ginger
- 6.5 fl oz pineapple juice
- 6.5 fl oz Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 1.4 oz fresh coriander
Method
- In a bowl add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer and pineapple juice
- Grate the ginger, add to mix
- Cut the rump steak into strips, add to mi
- Place in fridge overnight – the pineapple will break down the beef and make it really tender
- Place the strips of beef on the BBQ cook for 3 minutes each side, garnish with chopped coriander
