Steamed Fish with Crabbie’s infused Asian vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 fillets of white fish
- 1 large onion
- 1 pack of Asian style veg
- 1 thumb of Ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1bottle Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 3.3 fl oz soy sauce
- 1 red chilli
Method
- Chop the onions, Asian vegetables, garlic, ginger and chilli
- Put these ingredients into a large pot and add the soy sauce and Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Reduce by half, over a low heat
- Season with salt and pepper
- Place the two fillets of fish on top of the sauce and cook for 8 minutes with the lid on
- Serve with noodles or rice
